Spend your money and you can earn some more, but when you've spent your time, it's gone forever. Are you making the best use of your time and if not, what effect is that having on your company, your income and your life?
We'll consider the activities you enjoy the most - and least - in work and life and the extent to which those preferences influence the way you utilise your time. We'll discuss some simple techniques for analysing what you do with your time and its value and look the time target and other techniqus for prioritisation so your clearer about what you should be doing. We'll look at some simple techniques to improve productivity management like identifying what and who your time demons are, "swallowing the frog", creating a default diary and more advanced techniques such as GTD
Effective delegation is vital to effective time managment, so we'll look at how you develop efficient systems for delegation.
By the end of the workshop you will have a clear idea about the tasks that you personally should and should not be doing and what you need to do to enhance the value you create in your business.

Preparation: It would be useful if you sat down with your diary, totted up the time you spent working each day last week (or in your last typical week) and looked at the tasks that you worked on and the time spend on each one.
