Ian Barratt is the founder and director of Mind Strengths and qualified stress management consultant.  Mind Strengths provides a unique range of services for clients covering stress risk assessments, workshops, coaching and wellbeing support programmes and we work across many different sectors include legal, education, finance, manufacturing, distribution and retail.  (Please note that any legal practitioners who attend will be able to gain CPD points as Mind Strengths are accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority of our workshops).
Ian comes from a blue chip background and has worked for large organisations such as the London Stock Exchange and BT both in London and New York, in senior sales and marketing roles.  A career change in 2003 saw Ian take a qualification in Corporate Stress Management and since then he has been at the forefront of stress management innovations for all types of businesses.  Ian regularly speaks at seminars and conferences and is an advisor to Kent Mindful Employer organisation www.mindstrengths.co.uk
