This course is designed for staff in various departments linked to an overseas sale, who are unfamiliar with the problem of the WHOLE export function. The course covers the Basic Terminology and Procedures and an Introduction to the world of export, finance and collation of documents.
CONTENTS: Introduction to Exporting; The visible and invisible exports; The use of agents/distributors; The freight fowarders role; Terms of delivery (Incoterms 2000); An export order; The importance of the quotation; International payment terms; Internal documentation; Official documentation; EEC and Arab Certificates or Origin
