Medway Business Awards 2008 launched

Entries are pouring in for the 24th Medway Business Awards co sponsored by the Chamber There is a £5000 pot up for grabs amongst the top finalists.

Managing director Baz Choudhry of last year's winner Puretone Ltd which makes hearing aids and acoustic equipment for many of the top recording artists said: "Winning the Medway Business Awards has overwhelmed us. A real surprise as we were up against some very good companies.
"It gives us as a company a huge boost, our customers' assurance and staff feel rewarded for all their hard work."    

Based on Medway City Estate the company has been a longstanding Chamber member and its chairman Jay Choudhry has previously held office on the board.

This year's gala night to which all 12 finalists will be invited will be held at Priestfield Stadium in November with a suitable sporting theme given this Olympic year.
