Thames Gateway (kent) Chamber is the voice of business for North Kent and is dedicated to campaigning on your behalf to create a better business environment. By working with key decision makers at all levels of Local and National Governments, Thames Gateway (Kent) Chamber works hard to get your views heard where and when it matters.

Kent Thameside, Medway and Swale committies are comprised of local business people, who represent members interests and local importance, with the Chairpersons represented on the main Chamber Board.

By working also with other County wide Chambers, and being members of the South East Chambers of Commerce,the business voice can be translated into a regional context. Thames Gateway (Kent) Chamber being only one of the 60 plus Accredited Chambers in the United Kingdom are members of the British Chambers of Commerce where the voice of the National Business Community is heard at National and International levels.

Our campaigning work focuses on the following areas:

• The shortage of suitable sites and premises for business
• Regeneration
• Skills shortages
• Transport infrastructure

To carry out campaigning activities we need to back up our views with the support of our members. Our quarterly surveys give you the chance to tell us how you feel, what issues are affecting your business and what you want done about it.
